Onions Recipe

cup packed brown sugar

tablespoon lemon juice

jars (15 ounces each) whole onions, drained
In
a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; stir in brown sugar, lemon juice
and pepper. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved, 1-2 minutes. Add onions.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until light brown, 30-40 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in remaining onions. Cook until deep golden brown, about 15
minutes longer.
