Vegan Cheese and Onion Tear Recipe

Ingredients :⠀
- 400g of white flour⠀
- 1 2/3 tsp yeast⠀
- 1/2 tbsp sugar⠀
- 1 1/5 tsp Salt⠀
- 1 tsp oil ⠀
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil ⠀
- 1 cup warm water⠀
- 1 1/2 onion⠀
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese⠀
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped chives⠀
For The Onion Seasoning :⠀
- Salt⠀
- Garlic powder⠀

Methods :⠀
- Finely dice 1,5 medium-sized onion.⠀
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and gently fry the onion on medium heat.⠀
- Season generously with salt and garlic powder.⠀
- Fry until onion sticks slightly to the pan, golden brown and softened.⠀
- Set aside to cool.⠀
- Combine warm water, yeast and sugar in the breadpan, let set for 10 minutes.⠀
- Then add oil, flour, salt, cheese, chives and onion to the breadpan (make sure you add the ingredients in this exact order).⠀
- Once all the ingredients are added click breadpan into the breadmaker.⠀
- Select setting 1 and turn on.⠀
a.) To bake a cheese & onion loaf let the breadmaker finish the full cycle.⠀
b.) To bake a tear 'n' share remove dough from breadmaker after first rise. (The breadmaker will knock back the dough after the first rise. You will hear the blade move and that is your cue to take out the dough in order to prepare rolls.)⠀
Shape into 9 equal rolls, place in a baking tray and prove again for 30 minutes.⠀
Bake at 175°C (fan oven) until golden brown (30-35 minutes).
