Vegan Berry Crumble Recipe
Ingredients :⠀
- 110 g Frozen Strawberries⠀
- 110 g Frozen Blueberries⠀
- 110 g Frozen Red Currants⠀
- 110 g Frozen Raspberries⠀
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup ⠀
- 1 Cup Jumbo Oats ⠀
- 64 g Coconut Flakes⠀
- 64 g Almond Flakes⠀
- 64 g Chopped Pecans⠀
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil ⠀
- 1 Pinch of salt⠀
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon⠀

How To Make Vegan Berry Crumble :⠀
- Coat 3 ramekin dishes with coconut oil.
- In a medium bowl, add the fruits and 3 tbsp of agave/maple syrup and gently mix until combined.⠀
- Fill the ramekin dishes with an equal amount of fruit in each.⠀
- To make the crumble, mix together all dry ingredients, add melted coconut oil.⠀
- Cover the contents of the ramekin dishes with the crumble (generously) and bake in 180 C for around 20 min, or until the crumble turns golden brown.⠀
- Top with your favourite vegan ice cream to serve.⠀
