Vanilla And Chocolate Fat Bombs Recipe
Vanilla fat bomb ingredients:
500g cream cheese
60g Erythritol
2 tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate fat bomb ingredients:
120g heavy cream
30g Erythritol
30g cocoa powder
50g coconut oil
100g butter

How To Make Vanilla And Chocolate Fat Bombs :
1. Place all vanilla fat bomb ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and fluffy. Pipe into small silicone 12 hole mould and fill half way and place into freezer to set.
2. To prepare the chocolate fat bomb place cream, cocoa powder and sweetener in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Add coconut oil and butter to choc mixture and blend till well combined and fluffy. You may need to scrape down and repeat blending to ensure all butter is incorporated.
4. Remove vanilla fat bombs from freezer and pipe the chocolate on top of vanilla. Return to freezer for at least 3 hours to set.
