Strawberry Fairy Cakes 

Ingredients :⠀
- 175g Butter ⠀
- 175g Sugar⠀
- 3 Large Egg⠀
- 175g Self raising flour⠀

How To Make Strawberry Fairy Cakes :⠀
- Pre-heat the oven to 190ºC with the enamel shelf in the lower shelf position.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.⠀
- Add the eggs a little at a time, beating well after each addition.⠀
- Fold in the flour.⠀
- Fill the paper cases two thirds full of the mixture.⠀
- Place the cake tin on the enamel shelf and cook for 15 minutes.⠀
- Decorate the top with fresh cream and strawberries for a summer feel.
