Satay Chicken Skewers Recipe 

Recipe:
1kg chicken thigh fillets, diced
Zest of one lime, grated
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp @niulife coconut aminos
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt

How To Make Satay Chicken Skewers :
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, place in fridge, covered, to marinate for at least 4 hrs.
- After meat has marinated thread onto skewers and cook on a bbq or in and oven for 15-20 mins until cooked.
- Serve with chopped coriander and lime wedges.
- Enjoy
