Lamb Souvlaki Plate Recipe
1kg boneless lamb leg, sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup fresh mixed herbs, chopped ( I like to use rosemary, mint and thyme )
Salt .
Garlic sauce
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp dried dill (optional)

How To Make Lamb Souvlaki Plate :
- Place all ingredients into a bowl, cover with cling wrap and place in fridge to marinate for 2hrs or overnight.
- When ready remove from fridge and cook in a hot frying pan or on a bbq hot plate. Serve with chopped lettuce, sliced tomato, avocado, sliced onion and homemade garlic sauce.
- To make garlic sauce mix all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined, adjust seasoning to taste.
