Chicken Balls Creamy Cheese Sauce Recipe 

Recipe:
Meatballs :
500g chicken mince
2 slices of bacon, finely diced
1 egg
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Olive oil


Creamy cheese sauce :
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 sliced sundried tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper
Handful chopped fresh parsley

Method:
- Mix all meatball ingredients except olive oil in a bowl until well combined. With damp hands roll tbsp sized pieces of mixture into balls and place on a tray, repeat with remaining mixture.
- Heat oil in a large pan and fry meatballs, turning to ensure even cooking, until lightly browned all over.
- All all sauce ingredients except cheese, bring to the boil and reduce heat. Simmer meatballs, uncovered, for 6-10mins and allow the sauce to thicken. Add the cheese and season to taste.
