Matcha Burnt Cheesecake
Ingredients :
750 g cream cheese
300 g castor sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp all purpose flour
375 g double cream
20 g matcha


Steps :
1. Grease 8 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Combine flour and matcha in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Pour double cream and mix well.
6. Fold in the flour and matcha mixture using a spatula.
7. Pour the batter into the pan.
8. Bake for 50-60 mins at 200C until the top is deeply golden and the centre still very jiggly.
9. Let it cool completely before removing from the pan.
