Heart Waffle

Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 120 gr of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 135 g liquid milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 70 gr melted butter

How to make :
Mix liquid milk and lemon juice, stir well, set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
Lower the speed mixer. Sift and add flour and backing powder. Beat well.
Pour liquid milk mixture, shake low speed. Pour the melted butter, shake well.
Rest the dough for 20 minutes.
Heat the Heart Waffle Signora mold, pour the mixture until it's full. Wait a few seconds, go straight back.
Bake 4 minutes on medium low heat. Turn over, then roast 3 minutes more. Lift and serve.
