Glutenfree Vegan Bread

Ingredients :
- 1 cup soy curd
- 2 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 package dried yeast
- 100ml plantbased milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 package baking powder
- 10 tbsp psyllium husks
- 550ml water

Method :
1. heat up the milk
2. add the yeast and sugar
3. let it rest
4. in bowl: mix the flour, baking powder and psyllium husks
5. add the curd
6. knead well
7. add the water and yeast
8. kned well
9. add the dough in a greased and with flour covered loaf pan
10. let it rest for at least one hour at a warm place
11. preheat the oven at 356 F
12. bake the bread for 55-75 minutes at 356F in the oven
13. let it cool down
14. enjoy it
