Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bite

I can’t stop eating these, and I apparently won’t stop eating these. They are so damn good y’all. These protein bites are only sweetened with dates + they have a rich chocolate flavor. Do I say more? its a great snack before or after the gym, on the go, or a late night treat. ⁣

Chocolate peanut butter brownie bites (makes 8):⁣
10 pitted dates ⁣
1 tbsp of melted coconut oil⁣
1.5 tbsp of peanut butter ⁣
1/4 c of cacao powder⁣
1/2 c of almond flour ⁣
2 tbsp of water⁣
A pinch of salt ⁣

What to do: 
Place the dates, water, and melted coconut oil in a high speed blender. Pulse one or two times. It won’t be fully blended- that’s okay! Add the peanut butter + cacao powder and blend again. The dough should be more smooth by now. Then add the almond flour and pink salt. Blend one more time. Scoop into balls. Optional: you can dip into cacao powder. Enjoy right away or cover in a container in the fridge.
