Caramel Popcorns

Weekends are incomplete without Netflix and Netflix needs something for munching. Right?
Try these caramel popcorns at home and enjoy your weekend to the fullest 
Ingredients:
Popcorn kernals : 1/2 cup
Oil : 1 tablespoon
Salt : a pinch
Brown sugar : 1 cup
Butter : 2 tablespoons
Baking Soda : 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon


Method :
• Mix popcorn kernals, oil, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave them for 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
• Melt butter in a nonstick pan and add brown sugar. Keep stirring until sugar is melted and the mixture thickens a little.
• Add vanilla essence and turn off the flame. Add baking soda and mix well for a minute.
• Now gently fold in the prepared popcorns in the caramel.
• Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 110 degrees.
• Ready.
