Vanilla Cake


Vanilla Cake 

Gluten-free, oil-free, no refined sugar & vegan!
RECIPE Cake: 
• 50 g peanut butter
• 100 g coconut blossum sugar 
• 150 g apple sauce
• 200 ml plant milk
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 
• 1 pinch of salt
• 250 g gluten free flour mix 
• 1/2 tsp baking soda 
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder


Other: 
• a few brownie bites (optional)
• 50 g chopped dark chocolate (preferably sugar free)


Toppings: 
• Nut butter/chocolate cream/dark chocolate


Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F ( upper- and lower heat)
2. Mix peanut butter, apple sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar and plant milk. Add the rest of
the ingredients for the cake, fold in the chocolate chunks and pour the dough in a baking
form (18cm). Press some brownie bites in the dough!
3. Bake for about 60 cm, let cool down and decorate with toppings of your choice!
