Paneer Tikka

Paneer Tikka 

Ingredients:
- Paneer cut job cubes
- Tikka masala (Used Badshah instead)
- Salt
- Ginger grated
- Garlic minced
- Onions sliced
- Peppers cubes
- Greek yogurt or strained yogurt
- Cilantro and cumin powder
- Cilantro
- Lemon juice
- Chat masala
- Green cilantro chutney
- Pickled onions

How To Make :
- Mix all the ingredients in yogurt and then marinate paneer and sliced onions for 3 hours. .
- Then on a grill put 2 tsp of oil and cook paneer and onions till brown in color. Flip till it’s grilled from all sides. .
- Then once done toss with chat masala and like juice and top it off with cilantro. .
- Take Breadmasters ARA-Z's Markook Thinnest Lavash bread and heat it in pan with some butter. Put the paneer tikka mix and then top it off cilantro chutney and pickled onions and then roll it and enjoy!
