Lemon Garlic Grilled Prawn

We are bringing to you a delicious and healthy appetizer which will absolutely wow the guests at your party!
Ingedients : 
• 453.59 g prawns uncooked 
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 Tablespoon lemon juice 
• 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
• 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 tablespoon parsley fresh & finely

How To Make :
1. Clean the prawns properly and de-shell them.
2. In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients and soak the prawns and let them marinate for 30 mins. (Don't marinate for more than 30 mins)
3. Heat your grill pan on high and brush the prawns with some oil. Place them on the pan and cook for 3 mins on each side.
Done overcook the prawns as they will toughen up.
4. After they are cooked, squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top and garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot!
