Cookie Shots

Moving on from our holiday blues with these recipe
Ingredients :
- 2 cups chocolate chunks, melted⠀
- 1 tbs coconut oil⠀
- Almond milk to fill your cookie shots⠀

- In a food processor, gently pulse your cookies until crumbly. ⠀
- Press a scoop of the crumbled cookie mixture into a muffin tin lined with silicone cups to prevent sticking. Pop the tray in the freezer real quick to chill the cookie cups. ⠀
- In the meantime, melt your coconut oil and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. ⠀
- Remove cookie cups from the freezer and coat the inside of the cup with chocolate (the chocolate coating will prevent your milk from dissolving your cookie cups!). ⠀
- And that's it! Chill in the fridge until ready to serve, fill your cookie cups with almond milk or coconut yogurt and enjoy!
