Chocolate Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
-2 eggs
- 250 gr of flour
- 200 gr of sugar
- 120 ml of milk
- 1/2 glass of EVOO
- 80 gr of cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 glass of hot water

How To Make:
1) Beat the eggs and sugar until doubled in volume.
2) add the oil, milk and salt, and mix until all the ingredients are well integrated.
3) add the cocoa. Sift flour and yeast and add. Remove without remaining groups.
4) we pour the glass of hot water, it is key so that the cake is super fluffy and juicy.
5) We grease the mold, and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees!
